bullseye rash

About a month ago i developed a rash (located on the inside on my left ankle) that is a distinct bullseye shape that is red and raised and about an inch and a half around. Its not itchy, no pain, and its not spreading or growing. I went to the doctor a week ago and was treated for ring worm but have had no changes. Ive been reading about lyme disease but have had no symptoms of that. I believe its some kind of insect/spider bite but not 100% positive. I believe this because I was working on a ranch in TN May 2011 to late June 2011, wearing jeans, long socks, and cowboy boots everyday during that time and never noticed any ticks on me. I was staying in a barn at the time that was not well insulated and had many bugs and spiders that could easily get into my room while i slept.

Please help!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be fungal infection or ringworm, nummular dermatitis or due to tick bite causing lyme’s disease. Get a biopsy of the skin scrapings from the rash done and also get your ANA levels and ESR done to rule out any lyme’s disease as well.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing

Certaily fits in with Erythema migrans(Lyme rash). Look alike is fungal infection which is easily treatable with external application of canesten.
