bumps and marks from bumps behind my thighs

I have always had these marks from bumps and I always get bumps behind my thighs. I have been everywhere to get help. I don't know what they are and I don't know where they come from. Can you please help me. They are like dark bumps and its like they come up out of nowhere.  And they hurt.

Hello,
Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Then apply topical antibiotic cream like Neosporin. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Calamine lotion can be applied once or twice daily after cleaning the skin.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
These bumps can be due to irritated hair follicles due to pressure of sitting or rubbing with the clothes. Apply Neosporin cream on the bumps and apply some calamine lotion on the bumps. Also wear cotton clothes and keep the area clean.
