bumps on penis

in the past 2 weeks ive discovered small bumps on the head of my penis. they grew in size but was never itchy or painful at all. in total there are 3 the head one thats about 1mm one thats about 3mm and the other 4mm. i later discovered a smaller bump that was on the right side of my shaft, about half ways down, but this one itched, and itched a lot. Also the underneath part of my penis itches a lot but theres no visible abnormalities. but just recently there was a small bump right under the head of my penis on the shaft, and that was itching like crazy and i think in my sleep i was scratching so in the morning it was a little swollen, so i just iced it for a few minutes and it went back down. ive seen a doctor and he said he hasnt seen anything like it before but did a blood test for std, but that results wont come in til next week. other than the itching and the weird look to my penis, this hasnt caused much problems. but im just wondering what the heck is going on. i thought at first it was hpv, but my doctor said it doesnt look like it. i think its just weird that the bumps on the head dont itch at all, but the ones on my shaft do? if you could help this would be great. thank you

Hey there, so i went back to the doctor that did my blood test and he tested for several std's and they all came back negative. I didnt really like this doctor and he didnt make me feel comfortable so i got a different GP and went to see him today, and he told me it may be herpes, but hes not too sure yet because my other doctor didnt test for that, so today i did another blood test that should be coming in sometime next week. but in the meantime, he prescribed me antibiotics and acyclovir which is suppose to treat herpes. i guess if my test comes back negative for herpes and my condition doesnt get better he's going to refer me to a dermatologist or to an infection specalist (dont know the proper name). but all i can do is cross my fingers that its nothing serious, ive only had one sexual partner in my whole life, and it would suck to have herpes from that. but thank you so much for your feedback, i appreciate it a lot!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These bumps on the penis can be due to rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
