burning, sensation, tingling at the penis tip

what is causing  the burning, tingling and sensation at my penis tip for four weeks?

Hello,
Tingling sensation of the penis can be due to anxiety,contact dermatitis,traumatic damage to the nerves of penis, diabetes, prostatitis,genital herpes,urethritis and STD’s like Gonorrhea and Syphilis but they are less likely in your case.

I would suggest you to keep the area clean and wear cotton underwears.Also apply a mild steroid cream on the penis. If the symptoms persist then the above said conditions have to be ruled out. Please consult a urologist in that case.

I have a burning/tingling in my penis from about mid shaft up usually noticeable when I urinate sometimes can be discomfortingi also feel the urge to urinate frequently my bladder feels fool an cramps a little at times also my rectom when I clench feels a Tad sore I looked up herpes but have not seen lesions or blisters its been happening for about twelve days now I've been checked for HIV/aids gonerreha chlamydia and a uti please reply ASAP I'm not sure what this could be
