burning and itching

I had unprotected sex with a girl last thursday. About 5 days later I started experincing burning, tingling and itching in the groin area. I was starting to get major itching on the penis, scrotum and at times in the pubic area. It seemed to go away but has just recently appeared. Now I get mainly all over the penis shaft and on the scrotum. Also it just seems to be irritable when I am wearing clothes especailly with really tight underwear. The rubbing creates this uncomfortable friction which is sometimes unbearble. Can someone tell me what is it?

Thanks for the advice. For most part it has seem to have gone away. It was pretty bad for a while. I have no blood in the semen or any kind of rash. I do get some itching still but not as bad and mainly in the scrotum area. I will have to go get tested when the time is right so the tests are accurate.

Hi,
How are you? Burning, itching sensation after unprotected sex indicates the possibility of an STD. Do you have any other symptoms like blood in semen, rash etc? I would suggest that you get a STD panel done and visit a urologist for further work up.
Best.
