scratches appear on my face

This morning,I had an awful headache and nausea as if I'm about thrown up, so I went and take a nap in the living room. Afterward I went to the bathroom and see the scratches on my face. I have two cat if that matter, I doubt it them since the pain would have wake up if they scratch me. I try and check online but all I can find is paranormal and stuff like that which isn't very useful.

It looks like accidental scratching during sleep. Apply Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a urologist.
