Spot on penis

About 2 weeks ago I noticed this weird spot on my penis which is still there. It's not painful at all but it's walking on my nerve. I haven't had sexual intercourse for a long time. But sometime, like 3 weeks ago, my penis got touched with the toilet twice exactly on that spot. Is this the cause? How can I get it gone? How long it takes?
I am so concerned with this and actually can't show it to a doctor. Please somebody help me out.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like simple skin irritation or dermatitis skin. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. If you notice changes in the spot’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
