what is this skin itchyness!!?!?!

i've been to the doctor once, who prescibed me with daktarin, thinking it may be ringworm. the cream hasn't worked at all. i am due to go back there but just wondered whether anyone had any idea what this could be?. i thought it may be psoriasis (inverse?) it itches like crazy. if you can't tell from the picture, it's located on the inside of my buttock, right next to the anus and extends into the perenium also.
the skin feels shiny yet dry, and flaky. ive been putting all sorts of creams on it to try and sooth the itch. - mainly e45 itch relief, sudocrem, and a little hydrocortisone every now and then. (i know it can thin the skin so i don't use it often).
i have also recently been suffering from a breakout of spots on my chest which has never been a problem before. they heal very very slowly. there is also a patch of skin on my cheek which looks ok during the day, but if i get hot or drink alocohol, or feel clammy at work it raises up and is very red (like ive been slapped!) but its only on one side. i have a feeling all of these symptoms are linked. perhaps i am defficient in something??.... any advice would be great. thank you all. xxx

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms the possibilities of psoriasis, friction rub and eczema needs to be ruled out. Wash the areas several times with fresh water and do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

If still the symptoms do not improve then please get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
