dark colour between the legs

hi..the skin between ma legs nd also ma praivte area is dark in colour..skin getting dry day by day..my marriage will be in coming june..want to remove the dark colour..plz help meee....

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it can be acanthosis nigricans .It is a brown to black, poorly defined, velvety hyperpigmentation of the skin. It is usually found in body folds.

The most common cause of Acanthosis nigricans is insulin resistance, which leads to increased circulating insulin levels. Controlling blood glucose levels through exercise and diet often improves symptoms. Also other treatment measures like laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion can help. Please discuss this with a dermatologist.
