White formation on penis head

I am 24 years old male and i have this problem for the past 8 months
I dont have any idea how i got infected with this
there is some white thing forming on my penis head which leaks thru a tiny pore where the head of the penis joins with the skin.
i tried cleanin it every time it occurs but it comes again n again
it smells bad.. i didnt try any treatment for it other than cleanin it regularly
im not in a situation to consult with a doctor cause im out of my country.
i would be very thankful if someone helps me in this situation so that i would becured of this problem permanently

Monilial balanitis the likely condition and canesten creme should help.Antibiotics may be neeed if bacterial infection is there too.
