digonesing and drug priscription(prescription)

i have this problem on my scrotum for over sixteen[16] year. small growth on my scrotum with seriouse itching most especially at night, and when i scratch it dead skin will be peeling of, my scrotum is just like the back of an elephant. i am married for over 10 year and my wife is not infected. i have try several creams and drugs from so many doctors but it does't help or cure the problem.
kindly advice me if there is any medication for such skin condition, as it is a souce of seriouce worry to me and emberrasment as well. i need to know what kind of skin condition is this.
