Blisters on palms

I have had these Blisters on my hands for quite some time, one is on my thumb, one is on the side of my other thumb, one is on my middle and one is small and growing on my index finger. The wierd thing is that none are filled with any puss or nothing just dry and there, I have had them for some time now.
Can you answer me what the problem is?
Thank you

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For such blisters appearing on the palm, the first possibility that comes to my mind is of contact dermatitis. The other possibility with such presenting features is pompholyx or dyshidrotic eczema. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Wash the area with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Pat it dry. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort.

If the symptoms persist then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist. Myxoid cyst and herpetic whitlow(chances are less) have to be ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
