etching problem

Hi Sir,

I am feeling etching problem nearby penis i.e. at the joints of upper legs also in under arm.
Previously i feel this one at the summer time while wearing a cloth for long time about to 8 -10 hours.
But now  wheater is pleasant here. While this problem i used Quadriderm penciline. After applying two to three
times it was cured.Now sice last 25 days i am using same penciline daily but no result.

Please suggest me...
