eye lashes

hi i am 25 yr old male and since the age of 15 i have pulled out my lashes and eyebrows i have no eye lashes left
i am so embrassed to look people in the eyes incase they notice and to embaresed to get help why do i do this and how do i stop as this as been going on now for about 10 yrs and will they ever grow back please help thanks
