fordyce spots help please

i believe that i have fordyce spots on my penis. Is there any chance that they will go away by themselves?  If not is there any non advanced treatment i could do??

Fordyce's spots are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis as well as the inner surface and vermilion border of the lips of the face. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only.

These spots are harmless and if you want them removed due to cosmetic reasons, Vaporising laser treatments such as CO2 laser or electro desiccation have been used.
