Large possible bug bite, acne, something? No idea what this is? * ADDED PHOTO

Hi... In the past few days I've noticed this weird looking bug bite, acne, or something else on my back. I can't tell you when I got it originally but i know it had to be within the last week. I didn't notice it until last Thursday, Friday time. So about four days ago. The photo was taken today (so four days after finding it).

Basically its scaring the crap out of me because I showed it to my father and he was acting like it was skin cancer or something.

Any help would be awesome.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like an insect bite or spider bite. You can take some antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin. If the rash is itchy, avoid scratching it because you may damage the skin, and allow bacteria to get in, leading to infection. You may also need topical and oral steroids which are available under prescription. Also wear cotton clothes.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thank you for your reply. I'm thankful you didn't go right to cancer or something like that. I will admit Shingles also scares the hell out of me. And I have had the chicken pox about 10-12 years ago, (when I was 8-10). I'm 20 now.
