Red tiny veins and itchy penis

About a year ago I had an encounter with a girl who later told me she has hsv2. She didnt tell me until about 20 days after the encounter and ever since then I have not felt the same down there. Went to the doctor and he believed it to be Balinitis. Used over the counter creams and nothing. Went to a dermatologist and she gave same diagosis and recommended some over the counter antifungals and also recommended some allergy care. But still it comes and goes every few days. When it gets erect it turns red and bumpy which it never used to do. And when I masturbate it seems to irratate it even more. I also went to a urologist and he said it looks fine and to stop using antifungals because by then a healthy immune system would have got rid of it. Ive been dealing with this for almost a year now with no end in sight. Could this be herpes even though its not the typical symptoms? Before this encounter I had never experienced something like this. Its always red and itchy. I am circumsiced and its all really around the head area where it bothers me..not the shaft. When it erect or flacid there are all kinds of red little veins in the skin if its streched. It was not red like this before the encounter. If it not herpes or balanitis what else could this be?

Sounds like this is going to be a condition that you need to keep going back to the doctor for, until you get some answers on what it is- unfortunately, these things can take several trips to the doctor to let them know that nothing is helping to get to the bottom of it sometimes.  Head back to the doctor and let them know you are still seeing issues.
