genital warts?

I'm a 20yr old male. I noticed the other day that I have a very small ring of flesh colored bumps just under the base of the head on my penis. It starts on each side and goes to the top side. When I say small I mean really small. I'm not sure if they have always been there or if there new. Is this normal for a male or is it possible I have an std?

These pimples like bumps on the penis can be a normal physiological change in teenagers or due to blocked hair follicle, oil glands, lympohocoel, Fordyce spots, sebaceous cyst, sexually transmitted diseases etc. Maintain good genital hygiene by cleaning with soap and water, don’t try to squeeze the pimple. Applying ice would reduce redness, pain or swelling. See a dermatologist if problem persists for more than 1-2 weeks.
