glowing skin,, effective home remedies

i am basically fair n have good skin too,,, but jus because i neglected it all these years i los the glow n charm ,, i am 23 now n waddu i do to get my skin glowing again, lost my fairness too,, can anyone suggest the thungs i can follow to rejuvenate my complete body n face skin?

Hello,
For a healthy skin, wash your face with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Pat your face dry. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer and a good body lotion on the body. Also apply sunscreen with a minimum spf of 30 atleast half an hour before going out in the sun. Scrub your face with a mild scrub after a few days.

thnq  so much,, relly kind :) doc can yu suggest any natural ways ,,n i have a 20 year badly burnt scar on my hand ,, on d skin behind my palm .. any effective ointment or any natural remedy for tat ? pl help ,, thnxx

Hello,
Unfortunately I am unaware of any effective home treatment for the burn scar. One medicine which has been advised by many dermatologists for scar diminishing is contractubex gel/cream. You can seek your dermatologist/surgeon’s opinion before using this cream. Otherwise you can go in for glycolic peals, laser treatments and pressure dressings. Severe scarrings may need skin grafting by a plastic surgeon.

i want to provide a picture of that burnt skin .. so that yu can exactly have an idea how it is and what to apply,, i hav already consulted a grafting surgeon , he said after lokkin at it that after grafting it is possible to become even worse, and another dermatologist prescribed hexilac ointment for that but after me using that on tha scar for two months the area has become fairer and when again stopped after a month its normal,, but i want the scar to be disappeared . is there no way for that to happen?
