growing hairs on penis

i'm 21 years old and i'm having growing hairs on penis and it looks like they will cover my penis first there were some i shaved and more are growing what should i do

Having hair on genitalia is quite normal. If they are a cosmetic disfigurement then you can get shaving or laser hair removal done. Laser hair removal is not without side effects and hence the pros and cons should be discussed in details with a cosmetologist.

This hair characteristic that you have could just be you!  If it bothers your self esteem or a sex partner then you have to make a choice.  A.. shaving,   and that will just makes it rough and "rough" during oral sex is like kissing someone's beard.  B.  go to a dermatologist or Laser Center and have the hair permanently removed.  Even if you have laser, you might get new growth over the years, but you would deal with it then.
