hair problem

Hi. im a 17 years old boy, my hair is always extremely dry and tangled up. if i try to comb my hair the comb gets stuck in my hair, if i go to get my hair cut my hair gets stuck in their hair cutting machine and they have to end up using scissors. No matter which shampoo i use my hair stays the same.. when i wet my hair it is fine and manageable but just as the water dries out my hair becomes dry and unmanageable.
apart from this for the past 6 years i have noticed that in summers my head becomes very itchy specially when it is exposed to sun..
And also i had a dandruff problem but it is pretty much under control now but the itch doesn't really go away

Please tell me what is the matter with my hair and if u can any remedy for these problems :) thank you

You should try heavy duty conditioners, and even use them between washings. My daughter has the same problem hair. She washes her hair infrequently. Although she is white, she finds black hair products very helpful.
