i have a white patch on my glans penis and a 1cm long spot that looks like an abrasion what shud i do?
der is no itching bt i hv sensations in my penis also i havent had sex ever what is it???

i hv varicocele too and i read smwer  dat varicocele can cause low testesterone which can cause high estrogen which can cause prostate problems and penis skin changes
i hv a leaky penis too so can dis be related???????????

also it was painful for 2-3 days wen i manstrubated a month back below the meatus foreskin which isnt present now can the abrasion be due to dat nd i think the white patch is increasing

Was there any history of trauma in the area?

A differential for a white patch on the penis may be a mild skin irritation like a dermatitis and psoriasis. These are just differentials. It is also necessary to note for any triggers which could have led to the condition. Also, are there any similar skin condition in other parts of the body?
