herpes simplex virus? any help with what i have?

Hello i am a male and im 16, 3 weeks ago i engaged in my first sexual incounter 3 weeks ago, and 3 days later i got a fever blister on my lip, then when it went away i got a whitehead on my tongue and ever since then, they kept on reappearing, then i got a red bump on my pubic area above the penis, and it went away within 2 days and another popped up, and that one went away within 3 days, and then i am getting what it looks like little bumps on my penis head, and it itches, can anyone please help me with what this is? i am really scared it might be herpes, i am so scared! please help me out with what it is?
