Wart half under my nail.

Hello currently im 17.

I've had warts most off my life but mostly on my foot.
For almost a year and a half i've had terrible warts on my fingers, half off the wart is under my nail half is exposed.
I've tried duct tape for 5 weeks nothing happens. I've tried freezing them with liquid ice that the doctor provides about 8 times now nothing happens.
I see my local doctor every two weeks to get them frozen.

Please could anyone help or give me advice,  I hate my warts i work at a fast food place, i love cooking but im not aloud to handle food because off them.

I know your not meant to but i have once been so annoyed about my warts that i used a Sharpe modeling knife to cut around the wart and try to dig it out, i managed to rip most off the wart out but blood went everywhere my finger was covered in blood and sadly the wart grow rapidly.
