i have a burning rash on my penis

for about a year i have had a little yellow button on the head of my penis it would come up on the same spot everytime and i would simply wipe it off now a rash came up with the yellow button and it burns and is very sensistive and lately i have been having a little trouble urinating and have serious erection problems a very rare thing for me i'm 25 and i have been in a relationship with my now wife for 9yrs now, and i haven't had any other partners before or during and you never know but i strongly doubt my wife has ever had any other partners. Can you explain to me whats happening ill appreciate it?

Hi again, I am not a doctor, and would recommend that you see one. It sounds like if the yellow that your talking about is a puss like fluid, that it could be an s.t.d. That would indicate an infection of some sort. And the fact that it is re-occuring and in the same spot also to me would indicate an s.t.d. but either way you should get it looked at. Good luck !! If you google std pictures you might see something that would help you. Again I am not a doctor .

the single yellow button yes, i would just scub it off and it would come back in a couple months but the rash is new i have it a couple days now

Does it come and go? Last about a week or two then go away?
