itch feet

I started getting itch feet about 6 months ago, I figure ok I got a fungus and use the normal stuff, a month later I went to my family doctor, he agree with what I was thinking and gave me a cream to use with the spry I had pick up.. but after  month it was not getting better but worse. so he sent me too a foot doctor. cant spell the name for them. he ran some test and said it was not fungus, he was clues.. he did every thing the skin doctor did and she said the same. she has no clue to what's causing this and never seen it before, help please. as this driven me to the point of eather cutting my feet of or shoting myself.
