itching/burning skin

yesterday my skin started itching and burning me. I was exercising and after a while, the palms of my hands started itching so I washed them with cold water and soap. When I pressed the palms together, they were verry hot. Then the rest of my body started itching and heating up. I felt nauseas. So I took a cold shower and after a while. the itching and my body wasn't hot anymore. Something like this have happened to me. If you know why this is happening to me or what I should do please help because I am worried.

thanks

Hello,
From your symptoms cholinergic urticaria needs to be ruled out. It is a form of chronic hives that is caused by an increase in body temperature but can be idiopathic also. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the hives. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
