Huge Mole on my neck

I have a really huge mole on my neck, got it checked out once and the Doc said it wasnt cancerous, but since I have had my two kids, its gotten A LOT bigger, and it seems like ((maybe a mental thing)) but Ive done it serval times, if I touch it and touch somewhere else on my body, one ((not as big)) pops up in that spot, I want to go get it checked out again but I only have medicaid and we only have one dermatologist in our town and I read reviews on him and people said they hes really rude and said he misdianosged them....has anyone ever had something like this on them???? I want to get it removed, but dont know where I should go with medicaid and all.....heres a pic:

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
To me it looks like a wart or seborrheic keratosis rather than a mole. Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).They are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person. Seborrheic keratosis is a benign skin tumor.

I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist and till the diagnosis is confirmed, avoid touching it or your kids touching it.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
