labium majora itch

3 years ago, I started to have a regular itch on my right labium majora when I started my menstrual cycle again after giving birth to my first child.  At that time, it seems like there are 3 hair follicles that instead of growing, it started to get infected months later (look like a tiny pimple), which caused itchiness. I went to doctors, and most just told me that I got fungal infection and skin inflammation, but none of them are right because they have put me on antifungal cream, I have also used anti itch cream, and my new OB/GYN last year prescribed clobetasol for me, and recently about two months ago, my dermatologist put me on triple paste, it just relieve a little, so overall, none of the above works for me. So I told my dermatologist that last time, I show her that I got the three tiny pimple spot, and this time she really take a look at it and told me they were cysts. I told her, the itch originate from there for a long time, but she do nothing, tell me to come back 6 months later, and  just walk away. She supposed to help me to either remove the cysts or do anything that could help me. No I will not come back for sure because she really don't want to spend time with patient, each time she sees me,  she like ok, ok, and keep turn toward the door  quick and want to walk out even when I raise my question about my condition, then she turn back answer quick and wanted to go out again when I'm not even finish asking questions.  I scheduled with a new dermatologist now, where they does general and surgical dermatology, including cyst removal, but my question is: What should I really have to do with my itch condition? Is there any future complications associated with cyst removal in that area?

My new dermatologist now prescribed me pramosone 2.5% cream for right labium majora itch, apply bid prn, 60g, which is still corticosteroid, I have been on few corticosteroid including clobetasol for 2 weeks in the past, and I told her it didn't work, but she still tell me to try this one to see if it works and follow up in 6 weeks. I wonder in the past several month, I'm trying to conceive but not succeed, is it due to using few corticosteroid products I used in the past (clobetasol is very strong, when I applied it, it feels burning)? On the other hand, for my right upper arm, she prescribed me Lac-Hydrin 12% ltn, to AA BID, disp GEQ 400gm.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It is very less likely for a cyst to cause itching. Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
