lichen planus oral and genital?

I have been having constant irritation and sores in my genitals/ buttocks region with sores for the past 6 months. I originally thought it was herpes because my skin would tingle before sores appeared. I thought the tingling was coming from my tailbone but now I am not sure. I had purple scars appear on my buttocks region. Another symptom that I occasionally have is blisters filled with pus. I am still a virgin I only performed oral sex twice. But I thought I may have contracted oral hsv2 and autoinnoculated myself genitally because I saw sores appear in the back of my mouth and I got freaked out and thought I contracted herpes. I thought I remember washing my hands before I touched my genitals but now I am not sure because a few days after that I started getting a lot of vaginal discharge ( green, yellow, and cottage cheese consistency) accompanied with tingling. I do have the white lacy marks inside my mouth and it appears to be some kind of dry skin or something on my labia minora. I also get crusts that appear on the corner of my lips.  Does anyone else get tingling before a lichen planus outbreak? Is this lichen planus or herpes or both?

Hello, I appreciate your response very much. The only thing that concerns me is that my skin tingles before outbreaks. Another thing that concerns me is one time I stubbed my toe really good one time and got an outbreak of blisters on my genitals. And I also developed yellow crust around my lips when I was exposed to the sun for too long. I was tested for herpes 5 months post exposure with Capita EIA and my results were
                          HSV-1: .10
                          HSV 2: .12
but I am still convinced I have herpes because I already know I have oral herpes type 1. another reason why I think I have herpes is because I think I spread it through my razor and I now have it under my arms because whenever I shave a few days later I get a clear fluid filled inflamed bump with a hair follicule inside. I did have mono back in April and the swelling in my tonsils just started to go away now. Could the crust on my lips and my hairy tongue be a sign of a weakened immune system from mono?

For your symptoms, lichen planus should be ruled out. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin, vagina and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes . Lacy streaks is a characteristic of this disease. Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
