little itchy bumps on top/side of hands/fingers

Dear whoever is reading this,

Please help me!
Just three days ago these little tiny bumps appeared on the side of my hands and fingers. They were very very tiny. Now, not only have they multiplied, they're also growing. Some bumpbs seem like theyre a little big larger while others seem like it's turned into a cluster of little bumps.

They're very itchy. I tried using hydrocortisone, but that only helped stop the itch.
It doesnt spread to anywhere besides the top/sides of my hands/fingers. Not the palms.
Please help asap! I want to itch my hands so badly!

Thank you so much for your time

Oh, and here are some ugly pictures:

And ID reactions to be thought of. Pompholyx is differential diagnosis.ok?

However, I still believe that this isn't my case. palms, soles of feet and mouth are all moist places. These bumps are growing on places that aren't moist at all.
I'll be seeing my family physician tomorrow. Hopefully she has more answers!

The presentation can widely differ and in practice one does see only hand or foot or mouth lesions, individually.

"Hand foot and mouth disease (HFM) is a viral infection characterized by fever and a typical rash most frequently seen on the palms of the hands, soles of the feet, and inside the mouth"

that isn't it, there aren't any bumps on the palms/soles of feet/mouth.
Also, it isn't red colored either.

Did you apply neomycin creme recently? A fungus elsewhere also can cause an ID reaction like this. Anybody with Hand Foot and Mouth disease in community? Sometime HFMD can occur only on hands.
Best wishes.
