looking for any help about foot callous

i got this blister on my toe about a year ago and it has never healed since, i am constantly working and that was the initial cause of it. it is very painful still and a hard layer of skin will develop over time, a few times a week i will soak in hot soap water and sand down the hard skin with a callous scaper. it will get to a point where it is almost bleeding and very sore then i will stop and apply some foot cream. nothing seems to change though, i have been doing this process for over a year. i dont think this is just a normal callous, i am not really sure what it is. all i know is it is very painful and i need it gone. i have tried to inculde a picture if anyone could take a look maybe you have seen something like it and know what i can do  . thanks for any help

i have one on my foot up on the edge of the pad of my toes.  all of this dead dry skin, but its as raw as can be.  not just a regular blister or callous - kind of like a callous thats trying to come back to life or something.  i dont know if dry feet are going to cure it, i wear special socks/insoles etc... already - none of that has helped at all!

i have been using little pads they call 'second skin'.  i get it at the local sporting goods store.  it helps with the symptoms of it rubbing while you're on your feet all day.

Hello,
I cannot confirm a diagnosis without examination, but it can be foot blisters or fibromas.

When a foot is hot and sweaty, the sock sticks to the foot. The sock and foot then rub against each other and the inside of the shoe causing blisters to appear.Plantar fibromas are firm, nodular masses which occur as a single mass or in clusters on the arches of the foot.

Wear shoes that fit properly and keep feet as dry as possible.Wearing wet shoes, boots and socks will increase your chance of developing blisters. So change socks regularly.
And use foot powder to help keep your feet dry.If the blisters still persist then pls get it evaluated from a dermatologist/podiatrist.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
