mole removed but came back in scar

My 15 year old daughter had a mole removed because it looked suspicious..it left a bubbled scar and now the mole has returned in the scar. Should I be concerned? She had always scarred easily and bubbled from any injury but the returning mole concerns me

Hello,
It seems that your daughter is having recurrent nevus. It is the reappearance of pigment in a scar following surgical removal of a mole. In such cases, laser treatment is quite useful.
