molluscum on face HELP!!

hi i have molluscum and im very afraid i dont have very many of them probably about 20 of them at the most and they are all very small i heard that they can be spread if you do pop them and touch another aread of your body well i have just one on my face but it is getting smaller right by my cheek bone and i heard that people with HIV have them on their face!! im just really paranoid about this and i want to know if i might have HIV or if the molluscum couldve just spread to my face by touch

Molluscum contagiosum is a common, benign, self limiting viral infection of the skin. In adults, molluscum infections are often sexually transmitted and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by aoutoinocultaion. Treatment includes physical destruction or manual extrusion of the lesions, cryotherapy, and curettage.
