Red Scrotum

So for the first time in my life about a week ago I was intoxicated and my friends brought me to a brothel. It was the first time and last time. Though I do not have any noticable sores or bumps on my penis or scrotum I am freaking out over ST D's. I am going to go see a physician in the next week or so but considering half of my problem is psychological I thought I would post a question here. On my left thigh were it meets my scrotum there is a scar looking area, but this is not the first time I have had this and I am pretty sure it is just from sweating. Though on the under part of my scrotum it is a little red. It is not very very red but from time to time it burns. Though it only burns when I get to thinking about it to much. When I am not thinking about it then I don't really even notice it. Or when I go to the bathroom to examine it and start to touch it then it may start to burn a little bit more. The burning feeling is mild and not to the point where it is unbearable. My question is, Could this be related to an STD or is this just because of sweating and my nerves? I have yet to put any creams on it because like i said it is not unbearable and I only scratch it when I get to thinking to much. I know a lot of this is probably psychological, but I am just curious. I have noticed the burning feeling in the last few days and considering the brothel thing happened last saturday I am freaking out. The women performed oral sex with out a condom and I attempted to have intercourse with a condom but did not.

I appreciate the feedback and everything but I am almost positive it is all in my head. I am going to go see a physcian on Monday. Though I am not living in the United States that is why it is a brothel. I truthfully doubt there is anything to worry about but I tend to make the smallest things into the biggest things. The redness and the burning feeling went away already so that is what leads me to think it was in my head. Now I found a bump on my penis but it does not hurt or itch or tingle. So it is probably just a pimple or something caused by my nerves. Like I have stated many times I have OCD, which ALMOST everyone has to a degree but mine is a little worse than others. The only time anything itches is when I get to thinking about it to much, then when I quit thinking it goes away. So Thanks for all of the information, and I will def go see a doctor on Monday!

Okay..i just did some reading.. i guess you CAN get Chlamydia from oral sex...
its pretty rare..
but maybe not that rare at a brothel...

Anyways... i think it may all be in your head..(no pun intended..)..heat rash or something..

But.. it could maybe be a yeast infection.. if she had a yeast infection in her mouth..(thrush?)..
If it were ME.. i'd go get tested asap... cause ya just never know...
