Hello,
From the picture it looks like a myxoid cyst. A myxoid cyst is a soft rubbery nodule, skin colored or translucent and usually occurs near the end of the fingers or toes.They often appear at the site of an old injury, sites of friction, and at sites of minor trauma.

Treatment is required when they are painful and consists of cortisone injections,liquid nitrogen and surgery(for large ones).

Look like viral warts.External application of salicylic 6 percent should do after confirmation.
