Hello,
There are many causes of palm rash which include contact dermatitis, pompholyx or dyshidrotic eczema, hyperkeratotic eczema, lichen nitidus, hands, foot and mouth disease, nodular fibromatosis, tinea nigra palms, erythema multiforme and psoriasis etc. For confirmation of diagnosis, examination from a dermatologist and a biopsy skin are needed. Treatment is diagnosis specific and different for each.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
These veins can be due to telangiectasia. They are small dilated blood vessels present under the skin especially on the face. It can be due to environmental changes like sun or cold overexposure, skin trauma, overuse of steroids, acne rosacea or venous hypertension. Sclerotherapy and laser treatment are the two main treatment options. Please discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist and get it evaluated.
