pelvic moles

Would like an opinion on this mole.  It is on my pelvis.  I have two other ones in the area but do not look like this one.

should I get this removed to be safe?  Will that prevent future problems?  What is the best method?

What do you think?  Should I get a second opinion?  I have pictures of the other two if that helps

Perhaps the visual examination was clear enough (Many times inspection is as good). Do not worry!

I did go to a dermatologist and she looked at all three of them.  She did not use any scope.  Do you think I should get a second opinion?  I will get pictures of the other two.

Thanks for your help

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be a pelvic mole or a benign skin growth like seborrheic keratosis. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and keep an eye on these moles like growths. If you notice changes in the mole's color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Just a visual examination with a scope, no problem.

how do they perform a dermatoscopic examination?  I have another on the other side of my pelvis and one on my scrotum.  Is it a medical procedure??

A dermatoscopic examination (Noninvasive) is absolutely necessry and it would put your mind to rest when you have a firmer diagnosis, My impression is of a possible dysplastic mole.
