penis hole enlarged

I am a male 21 yrs old. after having sex with my girlfriend i noticed that my penis hole appeared to be bigger than normal. There is no pain and no other problems except when i urinate it comes out in a wider stream. I am worried that the hole might become bigger if i have sex again? I am also worried that i have damaged/torn the penis hole...will i be ok if i continue to have sex or will the hole become larger if i have sex again? any information will be much appreciated
