pimple? ingrown hair HELP

i just noticed this week when i was shaving in my area that on the outterlip of my vagina there was a bump. It didnt hurt unless i touched it and i thought it might be an ingrown hair but im not sure what it is.  I decided i would tweeze that hair next to it because i thought maybe that was the problem. but now where i tweezed it is a bump to now and it has a white dot in the middle.  Im really scared and i dont no what it is but idk if i should make a doctors appointment because my friend thought it was an ingrown hair but im not sure.  HELP ME out pls and lemme now wjat u think it could be and how i should take care of it.
