pimple like rash on pubic area

I recently developed a rash that started on genitals after having sex, unprotected, with the same partner who claims to be STD Free, and it has since spread to the area in which hair grows around my pubic area. My genitals have a red-like rash with little bumps on the sides of each testical on the scrotum and is dry. Everywhere around my penis the next day has these pimple like bumps with white heads on them (they look exactly like pimples only much more congested and everywhere). I have never had an STD before and have had sex with this same person for the last 3 weeks and nothing has ever happened until now. Does anyone have any information to what I might have?? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
