pink rash on my adams apple

I dont know what it is, I noticed a rash on my neck yesterday. It looks a swollen clump of bumps, its not big or spreading anywhere. Also its only itchy when i start to scratch on it, then it starts yo hurt. But once i stop itching it, doesnt irritate me anymore. I dont know what it could be, i was outside a couple days ago, qnd i was getting bit by mosquitos left and right, but i've developed a rash from it. Please help with insight. Thank you

Hello, the rash is still present. I dont have any other symptoms, and the rash is not spreading. But the only concern is that it started last week but i still have it. Also its still painful when i scratch. Can i use clearasil on it? I have refrained from the doctors because i dont have insurance.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This rash can be due to contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis or allergies. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Use a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort. For the itching antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin can be taken.

If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
