Irritated head of penis for six weeks

Abaout six weeks ago while on a buisness trip i made a huge mistake. I had to much top drink and went to a strip bar. I recieved a private lap dance. During it rthe dancer began to touch me and perform oral sex on me for about 2 min. when i finally came to my sences stoped her and left. A couple days later the head of my penis became sore. A week later I went to a walk in center. They said it looked like Balanatis but gave me herbies and syphalis tests anyways wich came out normal. They gave me a cream called Nystatin, triamcinolone, acetonide cream and said to use it 4 times a day. After about four days it felt better. then it started to come back but not as bad as before. I also started to get a sensation in my groin area like i had to urinate more often. I went back and they did a urine test and said there was no puss in my urin wich they said rules out gonorea or clamidea but there was some blood. They gave me an antibiotic which they said was just a shot in the dark and they suggested i go to my regular physician or come back to check on the blood in the urin again. I get the feeling they think that part of thjis is just in my head. My regular physician is a family friend and i would rather not let him know the situation as I'm trying to keep it away from my wife. The antibiotic made me feel a little better but i still occationally have the sensation.  I'm trying to keep this from my wife. I've been a great husband for ten years. I don't want this one huge mistake to ruin my marrage.

I discovered this cream called SKINFIX and I think is the answer of everything to do with skin.
I do have the same problem, now and then, and I treated with this cream prepared for me by this Clinic I use to go. I think most of the sensations you have now are indeed in your head.  I think the diagnosis of balanitis (which means irritation of the penis) was most likely correct.  The negative tests just confirm this.  You'll need to follow up on the blood in the urine--I don;t know what that means.  If you don't feel comfortable telling your regular physician about this, see a walk-in clinic or other facility.  It doesn't sound sexually related, but you do need to find out what, if anything, it means.
