It can be due to folliculitis. The other possibility is of pityriasis rosea. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.

thank you so much also i beilive its from the birth control im on depo which is causeing this change on top o that i also am having alot of other problems i think is coming from the depo
