post laser pigmentation problem

Laser resurfacing following acne scarring has left me with areas around my neck which are paler than the rest of my face and don't seem to tan. Is there any way I can regain the pigment in these areas?

Nix on creams.  As for pigment tattooing, I think you'd be risking worse trouble.  Makeup is your best bet.

Going back to see the laser surgeon next month. I heard somebody say that creams could be use to help this condition.

What is your opinion on having the colour permanently tattooed in. Also do you know any good companies providing effective cover up make up?

Probably not much.  When laser resurfacing leaves excess pigment, that goes away, but too little pigment is usually permanent.  You may be able to lessen the contrast with regular skin by lightening the border.  Have you asked your laser surgeon?  If so, you may want to get another opinion from a diiferent physician experienced with laser resurfacing and its aftermath.

Best.
