Hi
I have seen the images.
Based on what I saw, the spots appeared to be slightly pinkish ,slightly raised, with scales and the area appears to be dry. This appears like postinflammatory hyperpigmentation, flat warts, and irritant dermatitis. A fungal infection may still be a differential.
If there were previous skin infections in the area before, then this darkening of the skin may be postinflammatory secondary to response of skin cells to inflammation. Irritant dermatitis may be secondary to certain triggers like lotions or creams applied on the area. This may present with dryness and itchiness.
I would suggest that you have the scales examined microscopically. Also, applying a 1% hydrocortisone cream and see if there is any response after two days may be helpful. If no improvement is noted ,then you may need to have this assessed by your doctor.

That is a link to a pic i took of the bumps. It almost looks like a brithmark, but I know i havent had these forever. They tend to get darker when im hot or in the shower. But they dont itch or irritate me in any way. Could this be melanoma from being burned so many times??
Hi
How old are you?
They may be flat warts, moles or skin tags. If you are older, they may be "liver" spots or sun spots. Do they seem to increase in size or to increase in numbers?
Refrain from unnecessarily touching them or picking on them as you may only aggravate the condition. Apply vitamin E cream over the area to nourish the skin and make it supple. Also use only mild cleansers to wash the area. Have this assessed by your doctor. Dark colored spots may be benign and non infectious. However, since common warts are a differential here, it is best to have this assessed by your doctor.
Well they are reddish, sometimes. other times they are i would say a tanner color from the tint of my skin. they are slightly elevated but not as a bug bite would be, its very little. these spots are are dryer than my skin. I guess you could also consider them spots, but not circle spots.
Hi
This has been present for quite some time. How would you describe these blotches are they reddish or are they black in color? Are they flat or elevated ? Are they scaly or dry?
This may not be something that requires immediate attention as they have been present for quite sometime already. Maybe you can elaborate more on these blotches , as they may be fungal or dermatitic. These two conditions are chronic skin conditions and may be likely diagnosis.
