rash on childs butt

My 7 year old has rash on his buttocks. Mostly small dots but a few larger round ones all over. Should I be worried. I put diaper rash cream on it.

Both my neices had this same problem its sweat/heat rash, my sister used papamthem (spell?) but sometimes its just caused by a hot body.

I think he has something that is common, its like an infection. They are not like normal pimples or even puss, but they can often cause pain and scar. Take him to a doctor to get some special ointment.
