rash on the sole of mt feet?

I have an red rash on the sole of my right foot can any one explain what is it?

hello doc,
Sorry for my late reply i have consulted a doc and he is saying that it is an erythema rash which is quite common and i have tested for HIV also because it all happened after my condom slipped while i was having sex with a CSW and also with the rash i had hives which are still going on i dont know what to do can u give me some advice..
