strange mark on penis

I have had a bump about the size of an eraser on the head of my penis for about 2 months now.  Its kind of shiny, does not hurt, sometimes it looks like it is getting better and then doesn't.  I read someone's article earlier that describes it exactly and the doctor or whom ever said it was friction.  I got it after having oral sex from my girlfriend for about 20 minutes and I noticed that her teeth would sometimes rub on that area.  I have been with her for over 2 years and haven't been with anyone else and I am sure she hasn't either.  She doesn't have anything on her and I only have that one spot. I am pretty sure that it is friction but the only thing that concerns me is that I have had it about two months.  I would really like to get rid of it some how and I don't have med. insurance or have $100 to go see a doctor.  I have been looking all over the internet and can only find one thing that describes what I have and that is the friction mark.  I am fairly active in my sexual life and think that may be why it is not healing.  Please let me know what you think and if there is anything that I can do.  I am posting a couple pictures of it.

am a nurse, and my advice would be to refrain from any contact to the sore and see if it begins to heal. Otherwize, how will you know if it's caused from friction? That is a sensitive area and the skin can be broken quit easily. Other than that look at pictures of herpes, ghonorrhea, etc. etc. to rule any of those out. Keep trying as this type of thing can be very dangerous if it is something other than friction. Certainly you and your girl-friend would want to know. Good luck. Keep us posted.
