rashes is HIV and it wont go away

My family doctor did a test and found out that i am positive after i had rashes on my both legs, they wont go away since april 2010 untill nowwwww that i am doing treatment its not going away. nobody can figure out what those rashes are... they're red dots, flat and they don't itch or bother me. i did syphillse test and it was normal. they i used a betotermen or something is a cream and it didn't work and after they gave me Zithromoax, i used it within 2 days they went and after the week is finished i got them back. and i still have them. they come and go, they dont bother me but its just so stress that nobody can find out to treat rashes! its 2011 unbelievable! i been using the treatment for hiv one pill a day and its been almost 3 months, my specialist said it might go away with those medication if not, they they will appear for live! FOR LIFE! U GOTTA BE KIDDING ME... can you please suggest me anything that i can tell or inform my doctor to give me???
